when i try to play the chrome version, it won't let me login. it only lets me create a new account with google....so

Currently we use Google's OpenID provider for authentication on the Chrome build. If you signed up with a non-google email address, you can turn that into a google account at the following link: https://accounts.google.com/NewAccount

That link lets you sign-in to google services (docs, youtube, etc) using your existing non-gmail address.

If you have an existing google account you can use that and send an email to support to move your old account data to your google account.

If you could, please us the tech support forums for problems like these form now on. It really helps with organization, and the developers might see threads faster in that forum
